WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated November 23, 2001, and executed by George L. Webb and <br />Donnalee E. Webb, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on November 30, 2001, as Instrument No. <br />0200112256,and <br />r*w <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows; <br />M <br />:5 Lot One (1) in Block Three (3), in Le Heights Second Subidivision, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />n being a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4NW1/4) of Section Eleven <br />(11) Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.
