THORNTON and E. <br />JULIANN THORNTON, husband and wife, herein called the Grantors, hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey, and confirm unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a tract of land <br />located at 1 Navajo Drive, legally described as follows: <br />Lot Twenty Four (24), Block One (1), Dale Roush Second Subdivision in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In consideration of the conveyance of the property described herein to the City of <br />Grand Island, Grantors shall receive Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00) pursuant to the <br />terms and conditions of the Agreement for Warranty Deed dated April 12, 2005. <br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever. <br />-1- <br />
