<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Rodney D Swanson to
<br />Commercial Federal Bank, A FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Commercial Federal Mortgage
<br />Corporation the beneficiary named therein, dated 11/28/1990 and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, in Book , Page , Instrument No. 90- 106771 has
<br />been paid.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant, remise and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said
<br />Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
