KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />LARRY W FOWLE AND BARBARA A FOWLE, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend
<br />R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 21, 2004 and
<br />recorded AUGUST 13, 2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument 200407992 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE WEST HALF OF LOTS NINE (9) AND TEN (10) IN BLOCK EIGHT (8) IN PACKER
<br />AND BARR'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,

<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
