AMENDED <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT 200503902 <br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust filed of record on <br />January 6, 2004, as Instrument 2004 - 00101, by Shafer Medical Two, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited <br />Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Platte Valley State Bank of Kearney, Nebraska is the <br />beneficiary thereof, hereby gives notice that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property <br />was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make <br />debt payments as the same become due.
