<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust filed of record on
<br />January 6, 2004, as Instrument 2004 - 00101, by Shafer Medical Two, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Platte Valley State Bank of Kearney, Nebraska is the
<br />beneficiary thereof, hereby gives notice that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property
<br />was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make
<br />debt payments as the same become due. You are hereby notified that because of such default the
<br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust is accelerated and as of March 31, 2005, is in the
<br />amount of $2,922,754.47, plus interest from said date and further notified that because of such
<br />default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold, the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligations under said Deeds of Trust.
<br />The trust property affected is as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2), Crane Valley 4" Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
