<br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed thik 4 hh day MARCH, 2005, by and
<br />.._ -- between HOME FEDEIV,,L SAVl =AND LOAN ASSOCIATION- OF-GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and
<br />JAY W WOODEN AND ELIZABETH G WOODEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ".
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />THE NORTHERLY FIFTY -SIX (56) FEET OF LOT TEN (10), BLOCK SIX (6) RUSSEL
<br />WHEELER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />which Dee of Trust/Mortgage was dated FEBRUARY „ 18, 2004 filed for record on FEBRUARY
<br />18, 2004, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA as DOCUMENT # 0200401448;
<br />AND also secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />LOT 18, IN BLOCK 1, IN KOEHLER PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated FEBRAURY 18, 2004 and filed for record on
<br />FEBRUARY 18, 2004 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA AS DOCUMENT # 4D240404449;

<br />WHEREAS, an EXTENSION AGREEMENT dated DECEMBER 30, 2004 AND
<br />RECORDED JANUARY 4, 2005 AS DOC # 824Q4WP had a stated Maturity Date of FEBRUARY
<br />1,2005; 0200500087
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />noticc 'r� accord vVit13 NEB. REV. STAT.. SS 76 -239 - of,&evmilt ued effectiveness bf the Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO JUNE 1, 2005.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above- described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the date first
<br />noted above.
