<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />RONALD L HULME, A/K/A RON L HULME, AND SHEILA R HULME, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated A_ PRIL_ 23, 2003 and recorded MAY 5, 2003 as _
<br />DOCUMENT # 0200305586, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE IN
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with. the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7) BLOCK ONE HUNDRED FORTY -FIVE, UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY CO'S SECOND
<br />_ADDLTION TO THE -LMY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with. all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
