<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of
<br />said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One
<br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims
<br />and reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, Michael A. O'Neill and Denise A. O'Neill, husband and
<br />wife, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201) in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />W %2 NW 1/4 of Section 7, Township ION, Range IOW, 6th P.M., excepting a certain tract of land deeded to the
<br />State of Nebraska in Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 72, Page 182 and excepting a certain tract deeded to the
<br />State of Nebraska in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 89, Page 615.
<br />E %z NE' /4 of Section 12, Township ION, Range 11W 6t" P.M., excepting therefrom a certain tract of land
<br />recorded in Book R, Page 518, and except a tract conveyed to Union Pacific Railroad Company recorded in
<br />Book 25, Pages 289 and 307, and except tracts deeded to the State of Nebraska recorded in Book 72, Page 182,
<br />Book 89, Page 615 and Book 122, Page 353.

<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded in the Office
<br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document No. 200304388, on April 14, 2003, pursuant to Nebraska
<br />Revised Statutes Section 76 -1014.
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, has caused these presents to be executed by
<br />its president and its Corporate Seal to be affixed hereto this 26th day of April 2005.
