<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHERAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed MARK R HOOS, A SINGLE
<br />PERSON to BANK OF DONIPHAN,TRUSTEE for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN the BENEFICIARY named
<br />therein dated 3 -18 -05 recorded 3 -18 -05 in the office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS Of HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, as INSTRUMENT # 0200502345 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has request in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
