<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed dated May 19, 2004, and recorded
<br />on June 11, 2004, as Instrument No.200405788, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, executed by Dana G. Hansen and Marsha L. Hansen, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in
<br />which Clifford P. Flanagan, is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of obligation
<br />for which the Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of such breach is
<br />the Trustor's failure to pay real estate taxes when due in accordance with the terms of said Trust
<br />Deed. You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust
<br />Deed is accelerated and further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has elected to
<br />sell or cause to be sold the Trust Property to satisfy the obligation under the Trust Deed. The Trust
