200503'88 <br />51. Request For Notice. Grantor requests that a copy of any notice of default and of any notice of <br />sale hereunder be mailed to it at the address hereinabove set forth. <br />52. Organization; Due Authorization. Grantor is a limited liability company duly organized, <br />validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Indiana and has the requisite power, <br />authority and legal right to carry on the business conducted by it and to engage in the transactions <br />contemplated by the Loan Documents. The execution and delivery of the Loan .Documents and the <br />performance and observance of the provisions thereof have been authorized by all necessary actions of <br />Grantor. <br />53. Enforceability.
