<br />and Joann Dubbs as Trustor to Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation as Trustee for the benefit of Superior
<br />Mortgage Inc. the beneficiary named therein, dated April 3, 1984, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 84- 001747 and Beneficial
<br />Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly
<br />known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book Page or
<br />Instrument Number 84- 002186 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
