Moss and Donna L. Moss, in favor of <br />GALIC, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Instrument No. 200213573, in the Official <br />Records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and that certain Deed of <br />Trust Note dated November 25, 2002 in the original principal amount of ONE MILLION <br />TWENTY THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($1,020,000.00) (the "Note ") and the <br />monies due and to be due thereon with interest, and all other documents securing or <br />relating to the Note. <br />GALIC makes no warranty of enforceability, validity or priority of the Note or <br />Deed of Trust.
