Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor dated the <br />30th day of November, 2001, and filed as Instrument No. 0200112585, and the other Trust Deed <br />being dated the 6`I' day of January, 2003, filed as Instrument No. 200302538 in the Office of the <br />Hall County Register of Deeds against the following described properties: <br />Lot One (1), Richmond Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Lot Two (2), Crane Valley Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />hereby gives notice that there has been a breach of the obligation for which the trust properties were <br />conveyed as security. The current Beneficiary, PETER BRISTOL, has not received payment upon <br />the Promissory Notes secured by the Deed of Trust; that default has been in existence since January <br />1., 2005, and there is currently due as of March 2, 2005, the sum of Five Hundred Eighty -One <br />Thousand Eight Hundred Twelve Dollars Forty Cents ($581,812.40) together with per diem interest <br />of One Hundred. Forty-Nine Dollars Sixty -Seven Cents ($149.67) upon said Promissory Notes.
