Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed <br />of Trust which was recorded on December 31, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No, 98- 113047, Said Deed of Trust was rerecorded on February 1, 1999, as Instrument No. 99- 101150. <br />On or about December 30, 1998, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
