You are hereby notified that Bruce D. McAlevy and Tammie B. McAlevy, as husband and wife, as Trustors, <br />did on or about October 27, 2000, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, <br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot Ten (10), Block One (1), Burger's Addition to Doniphan, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said Deed of <br />Trust which was recorded on October 30, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No, 0200009411. <br />On or about October 27, 2000, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial <br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
