This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated August 29, 2001, and recorded on August 31,
<br />2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200108829 wherein Lance D. Ellison and
<br />Kimberly A. Ellison, husband and wife are named Trustors; and
<br />Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First
<br />American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
