<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated January 21, 2005 and executed by Patrick Rentals LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200500626 in the Register of Deed's
<br />office of Hall County, Nebraska dated January 21, 2005, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />(10), ALL IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK SIXTEEN (16), EVANS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; LOTS THIRTEEN (13) THROUGH NINETEEN
<br />(19) INCLUSIVE, THAT PART OF LOTS TEN (10) AND ELEVEN (11) LYING SOUTH OF 5TH
<br />STREET, THAT PART OF LOTS TWELVE (12) LYING BETWEEN 4TH STREET AND 5TH
<br />STREET, ALL IN THE COUNTY SUBDIVISION OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST
<br />QUARTER (W1 /2SW1 /4) OF SECTION TEN (10), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE
<br />NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
