<br />The below signed BRANCH PRESIDENT, as Trustee for the benefit of PINNACLE BANK,
<br />PALMER, NE, (f /k/a State Bank, Palmer, NE) a State Banking Association in the county of
<br />MERRICK, State of NEBRASKA; as beneficiary, in consideration of the payment of the
<br />indebtedness secured be the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />SHAYNE BADER AND STEPHANIE BADER AS HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor
<br />to PINNACLE BANK, PALMER, NE, as Trustee, which Trust Deed is recorded in the Office of
