<br />WHEREAS, Thomas C. Huston is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated
<br />November 23, 2003, ( "Deed of Trust ") executed by Gregory D. Roberts and Dixie
<br />A. Roberts and Todd C. Enck and Kelly A. Erick, as Grantors, for the benefit of Little
<br />B's Corporation, a Nebraska corporation, as the Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust
<br />was recorded on December 5, 2003, as Instrument No. 2003 -15730 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, Little B's Corporation, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
<br />Lot 1, Block 3, Summerfield Estates 1st Subdivision, Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
