<br />The sole purpose of this Corrective Warranty Deed is to
<br />correct the deed recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200412491 by adding
<br />Tract No. 2, below, which was inadvertently left out of the
<br />original deed. This Corrective Warranty Deed is given without
<br />any additional compensation being paid by Buyer.
<br />THOMAS ATKINS AND LINDA ATKINS, husband and wife, and each
<br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, JERRY ATKINS
<br />AND ANN S. ATKINS, husband and wife, and each in his and her own
<br />right and as spouse of the other, and RONALD B. BALDWIN AND
<br />RHONDA J. BALDWIN, husband and wife, and each in his and her own
<br />right and as spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors, for
<br />and in consideration of the sum of SIXTY -FOUR THOUSAND AND NO 1100
<br />DOLLARS ($64,000.00) received from Grantee, do hereby grant,
