This Corrective Warranty Deed is given without <br />any additional compensation being paid by Buyer. <br />THOMAS ATKINS AND LINDA ATKINS, husband and wife, and each <br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, JERRY ATKINS <br />AND ANN S. ATKINS, husband and wife, and each in his and her own <br />right and as spouse of the other, and RONALD B. BALDWIN AND <br />RHONDA J.
