NOTICE is hereby given that a Complaint has been filed in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, wherein Richard Rabe of Five Points Bank, Personal Representative
<br />of the Estate of Mildred M. Dahlke, Plaintiff and Timothy S. Eckles, a single person, is the
<br />Defendant. The object and prayer of which is to obtain from the Defendant, Timothy S.
<br />Eckles, a single person an accounting of the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain
<br />Agreement for Purchase and Sale of Real Estate executed by and between Timothy S.
<br />Eckles, a single person as Buyer and Gordon E. Dahlke and Mildred M. Dahlke, husband
<br />and wife, as Sellers dated the 291h day of March, 1996, whereby the Notice of Sale of Real
<br />Estate was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />March 29,1996 as Document Number 96-102300, concerning the following described real
<br />estate located in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Nine (9), in Block Two (2) in Blain Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The object and prayer of the complaint is to obtain a foreclosure of the Agreement for Sale
<br />and Purchase of Real Estate and to have the same declared a lien on the interest of
<br />Timothy S. Eckles, a single person, and the real estate and appurtenances thereto and to
<br />have the real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due together
<br />with the costs of suit, and to foreclose the Defendant of all right, title, interest, lien, claim,
<br />demand and equity of redemption whatever in and to the real estate and appurtenances
