<br />thence North 18 rods thence east 18 rods thence south 18 rods thence west to place of beginning, Excepting a
<br />tract of land more particularly described in Return of Appraisers recorded as Document No. 81- 000700, The
<br />Property is located in Hall County at 2820 E Hwy 34, Grand Island, NE 68801.
<br />2. LIEN PRIORITY. If, after this Notice of Commencement is recorded, a lien is recorded as to an improvement
<br />covered by this Notice of Commencement, the lien has priority from the time the Notice of Commencement is
<br />recorded.
<br />3. DURATION. The duration of this Notice of Commencement is one year after the recording.
