<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004, executed by Hastings Ventures, a
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200402542, at the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 16th day of March, 2004, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Two (2), Woodland Park First Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004, recorded as
<br />Document #0200402542 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 19th day of February, 2004,
<br />shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
