Quaife and June M. Quaife, husband and <br />wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration <br />received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Frank F. Gosda and Joan E.
