<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 17, 1999 executed by James J Wiltgen and Barbara A
<br />Wiltgen, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #99- 106391, on the 25th day of June, 1999, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT 8, FRACTIONAL BLOCK 2 IN SPALDING AND GREGG'S
<br />ADDITION, AND ITS COMPLEMENTS, TO WIT: FRACTIONAL LOT 8, IN
<br />FRACTIONAL BLOCK 16 IN ARNOLD AND ABBOTT'S ADDITION, AND
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT 8, IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK 2 IN ARNOLD PLACE, ALL BEING
<br />ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
