<br />2. Affiant further states that on April 1.3, 2005, he competed a survey of "PATRICK SUBDIVISION ", in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a plat thereof being on record at the Register of Deeds Office located in
<br />the Hall County Administration Building.
<br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the plat of "PATRICK SUBDIVISION ", and has
<br />discovered an error on the last line of the "LEGAL DESCRIPTION" portion on the plat pertaining to a
<br />descriptive part of the survey boundary that was omitted.
<br />4. Affiant further states that the last line of "LEGAL DESCRIPTION" portion of the plat shall now read
<br />"Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract containing 2.221 acres, more or less, which includes the now
<br />vacated Sixteen (16.0) foot alley described in Ordinance No. 8970, and recorded as Document No.
<br />200503249 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office ", in lieu of "Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said
<br />tract containing 2.221 acres, more or less. ", being erroneous, null and void.
