<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION \`J
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 27, 1990, executed by Cooney Properties, Inc,
<br />as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee,
<br />which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #90- 105681 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 3rd day of October, 1990.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />A TRACT OF LAND BEING A PART OF LOT EIGHT (8) OF COUNTY
<br />SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (S112
<br />SE1 /4) OF SECTION SIXTEEN (16), IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE
<br />(9), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY
<br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT
<br />EIGHT (8) OF SAID COUNTY SUBDIVISION AS ORIGINALLY PLATTED; THENCE
<br />SOUTHERLY 40 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF CEDAR STREET (BEING THE
<br />WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 8 A ORIGINALLY PLATTED); THENCE EASTERLY 80
<br />FEET PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT EIGHT (8) AS ORIGINALLY
<br />PLATTED, TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID CEDAR STREET AS THE ACTUAL POINT
<br />OF BEGINNING; THENCE EASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID
<br />LOT EIGHT (8) A DISTANCE OF 58 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL WITH THE
<br />EASTERLY LINE OF SAID CEDAR STREET A DISTANCE OF 79.45 FEET; THENCE
<br />WESTERLY PARALLEL WITH THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT EIGHT (8) AS
<br />ORIGINALLY PLATTED, A DISTANCE OF 58 FEET TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF CEDAR
<br />STREET; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF CEDAR STREET TO
<br />THE ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated September 27, 1990, recorded as
<br />Document #90- 105681 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 30th day of March, 2005.
