<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />J & B Rentals, LLC a Nebraska limited liability company
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated March 22, 2005 and recorded March 23, 2005 as
<br />Instrument No. 0200502525 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE IN
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered-,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />LOT T WO (2),—FIv -BLOCS.- ONE-HUNDRED THIRTY -FOUR (134), IN UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY
<br />COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
