<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated December 31, 2002,
<br />and executed by Hehnson, LLC, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as
<br />Document #200300199 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 8th
<br />day of January, 2003, and re -filed on February 5, 2003 in the Register of Deeds office as
<br />Instrument #200301424.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />Deeds of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Six (6), Timberline Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
