THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Derek J.
<br />Apfel and Bonnie T. Apfel, Husband and Wife, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated March 22, 2004 and recorded March
<br />23, 2004 as instrument number 200402765 in the office of the Hall Register of Deeds, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
