<br />Deceased, Grantor, pursuant to power of sale provisions contained in the Last Will and
<br />Testament of Decedent filed in the Hall County Court, No. PR04 -147 in consideration of
<br />One Hundred Forty -four Thousand Dollars ($144,000.00) received from Grantees, James
<br />V. Olderbak, a Single Person and Rogene V. Olderbak, a Single Person, conveys to
<br />Grantees, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />Lot Seven (7), South Platte Township, Amick Acres Third Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />subject to easements, covenants, and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantees that Grantor has legal power and lawful authority
<br />to convey the same.
