<br />Deed of Reconveyance
<br />Whereas, the undersigned, Bradley J. White, of Hastings, Nebraska, is the Trustee under a
<br />Deed of Trust dated the 27"' day of January, 2005, wherein Jeffrey D. Myers, a Single Person, is
<br />named as Trustor, and Dale Myers and Patricia Myers, Husband and Wife, are named as Beneficiary,
<br />and recorded as Instrument No. 200500777 on the 281h day of Janaury, 2005, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by the Deed of Trust have been paid in full and that the Deed
<br />of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by the Deed of Trust have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, for cancellation. Said Deed of Trust provides a lien on the following
<br />described property:
<br />Lot Five (5) Ed Ross Subdivision No. 3, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the
<br />recorded plat thereof.
<br />Now therefore, in accordance with that request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />the estate now held by it under the Deed of Trust.
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Hastings,
<br />Adams County, Nebraska, on the // day of April, 2005.
