<br />Agreement dated March 3, 1993, GRANTOR, in consideration of the change of the name of the trust by
<br />GRANTOR, and other valuable consideration, conveys to Robert R. Rauert, Trustee of the B & N Farms for °I

<br />P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, except a tract of land consisting of the southerly 940 feet
<br />of the westerly 670 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4SE1 /4)
<br />of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, said tract containing 1457 acres, more or less, the southerly 33 feet

<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1 /2NW1 /4) of Section Twenty -two (22),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1 /2SE1/4) of Section Twenty -eight (28),

<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />L is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;
<br />2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />3, warrants and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the GRANTOR.
