NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, wherein Secretary of Veterans' Affairs, f/k/a Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of
<br />the United States of America, is Plaintiff and Randall L. Wetzel and Nancy J. Wetzel, are the Defendants,
<br />the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from said Defendants of the amount due
<br />Plaintiff on the mortgage dated June 6, 1986, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on June 9, 1986, as Instrument #86- 103023, wherein Randall L. Wetzel and Nancy J.
<br />Wetzel, husband and wife, mortgaged and conveyed to Plaintiff the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Fifth Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same declared a lien upon the interests of the
<br />Defendants, Randall L. Wetzel and Nancy J. Wetzel, in said real estate and appurtenances thereto; to have
<br />said real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due, together with the cost of suit
<br />and to foreclose the Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption
<br />whatever in and to the said real estate and appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further
<br />relief as to the court may seem just and equitable.
