<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $30,000.00, with interest and according to
<br />the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
