CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />TERRY L. KUCERA and ROBERTA J. KUCERA, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants, ASSIGNORS, do

<br />LOTS TWELVE (12), AND THIRTEEN (13), HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF 100
<br />FEET AND SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE EAST PORTION OF KUESTER
<br />LAKE AND BEING ON A PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
<br />(E1 /2SW1 /4), IN SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE
<br />NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $30,000.00, with interest and according to
<br />the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
