<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Kevin Ray
<br />Miller and Shirley Ann Miller, both as unmarried individuals, to TierOne Bank, successor to United
<br />Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated July 5, 1999, and recorded July 8, 1999 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book - -, Page -- /as Instrument No. 99-
<br />106886/on Microfilm Roll No. - -, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />"Lot Eight (8), Block One Hundred Three (103), in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska"
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
