WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated July 2, 2001, and Modification of Deed of Trust dated September 18, 2002,
<br />executed by Howard J. Knuth and Donna A. Knuth, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five
<br />Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on July 11, 2001, recorded as Instrument
<br />No. 0200106787, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />September 26, 2002, recorded as Instrument No. 0200210253, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />See Attached Exhibit "A"
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of "Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
