<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island,
<br />of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee
<br />under the Deed of Trust executed by LARRY W FOWLE AND BARBARA A FOWLS HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as
<br />Trustee, dated FEBRUARY 7, 2005, and recorded FEBRUARY 11, 2005, in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200501210
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated FEBRUARY 7 2005, executed by LARRY W FOWLE AND BARBARA A
<br />FOWLS HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee,
<br />and recorded on FEBRUARY 11, 2005, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 200501210, has been paid on APRIL 5,
<br />2005:
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known as The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank, Successor to The Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without
<br />warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed
<br />in that portion of the property described therein, located in HALL County, State of
<br />Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />PARCEL 2: LOT THREE (3), BLOCK TWO (2), OF ROUSH SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.
