<br />I, Deryl D. Sorgenfrei, being fully sworn upon oath, deposes and
<br />says:
<br />1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of
<br />Nebraska, and is now a partner in the firm of Rockwell And
<br />Associates, Engineering & Surveying, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />2. Affiant further states that on February 15, 2005, he
<br />completed a survey of Axford Second Subdivision, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and that the original plat of said
<br />Subdivision is now recorded at the Register of Deeds Office
<br />in the Hall County Courthouse at Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the
<br />plat of Axford Second Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and has discovered an error in the Subdivision Title shown on
<br />the bottom of the plat drawing.
<br />4. Affiant further states that the Subdivision Title should read
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, in lieu of in The City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, as shown on the plat drawing.
<br />Further Affiant Saith Not.
