<br />On this 29th day of March , 2005, before me, a Notary Public, personally
<br />appeared Jerry Woitaszewski, to me known to be the person named in and who executed the
<br />foregoing instrument, who did say that he is the president of Jerry & Linda Woitaszewski's
<br />Corporation, a corporation, which is a joint venturer of Woitaszewski Brothers Farm, a joint
<br />venture, that the instrument was signed on behalf of the corporation by authority of its board of
<br />directors and signed on behalf of the joint venture by authority of its joint venturers and he
<br />acknowledged the execution of the instrument to be the voluntary act and deed of the corporation
<br />and the joint venture, by them voluntarily executed.
