The Assignment was recorded October <br />24, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 108347. <br />On or about August 15, 2003, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title <br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to MidFirst Bank. The Assignment was recorded September 18, 2003, in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200312498. <br />Douglas E.
