NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that Christopher D. Johnson and Amy P. Trujillo, both single persons, as Trustors, did <br />on or about December 1, 1999, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, <br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following - described real property: <br />Lot 3, Block 8, Parkhill Second. Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said Deed of <br />Trust which was recorded on December 2, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 0099111455. <br />On or about December 1, 1999, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial <br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
