Gary Vejvoda and Patricia M. Vejvoda, <br />husband and wife, in which. Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as <br />Document #94- 101262 on the 14th day of February, 1994, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />The East Twenty -two (22) Feet of the West Forty -four (44) Feet of the North Eighty -eight Feet of Lot <br />Four (4) Block Sixty -six (66) in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 6th day of April, 2005. <br />pOtNTS- <br />O -V <br />�, • m <br />SEAL ' y <br />D.
