DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Wilbur W.
<br />Wrage and Connie C. Wrage, Husband and Wife, as Borrower, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor in interest to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National
<br />Association, as the result of a merger and name change, as Trustee, dated as of March 26, 1991,
<br />and recorded on March 27, 1991, as Instrument No. 91- 101696, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said
<br />Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is
<br />executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Property: Lot Four (4) in Block Five (5) in Valley View Subdivision in North Eleven Hundred Three
<br />Feet (1103.0') (E1/2NE1/4) of Section 22, Township 11 North Range 9 West 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
<br />of March 9, 2005.
