R7� <br />20050300 <br />(4) The undersigned Affiant is entitled to the real property by reason of intestate <br />succession. Pursuant to the Carolyn B. Lockwood Revocable Living Trust, the main <br />dispositive estate planning instrument in the Estate of Carolyn B. Lockwood, the entire assets <br />of the Carolyn B. Lockwood Trust pass in equal shares to her two issue, Steven D. Lockwood <br />and Karen K. Williams. <br />(5) The undersigned Affiant has made an investigation and has been unable to <br />determine any subsequent Will. <br />(6) No other person has a right to the interest of the decedent in the described <br />property. <br />(7) The undersigned Affiant is the son of the decedent. The entire value of the <br />estate of the decedent, subject to probate, is the value of the real estate described herein. All <br />other property in which the decedent had an interest was owned by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., <br />trustee of the Carolyn B. Lockwood Revocable Living Trust. <br />7. The undersigned does hereby swear and affirm that all statements made in the <br />foregoing Affidavit are true and material, and further acknowledges that any false statements may <br />subject the undersigned Affiant to penalties related to perjury pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28 -915. <br />8. The only interest in real estate owned by the decedent on her date of death in the State <br />of Nebraska is the real estate described hereinabove. <br />AND FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT. <br />Steven D.
