Chisholm and Carol <br />A.Chisholm, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and <br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska on March 2, 2001, as Instrument No. 0200101602, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Part of Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Eleven (11), Parkhill 3d Subdivision Beginning at a <br />point 7.08 feet West of the Northeast Corner of Lot 9 Westerly along and upon the Northerly Line <br />of Lots 9 and 10 to a point 21 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot Ten (10) Southerly to <br />a point 21 Feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot.
