WHEREAS, LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION is the Trustee under a Deed of
<br />Trust dated OCTOBER 20, 2002, executed by MARK A FLETCHER AND CHERYL ANN
<br />FLETCHER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS, as Trustor, for the benefit of
<br />AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, which Deed of Trust was recorded NOVEMBER 20, 2002
