<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the termination of the ALJR Trust dated April 16, 1998, Tim
<br />C. Plate, Trustee of the ALJR Trust dated April 16, 1998, ("Assignor") hereby assigns, transfers
<br />and delivers unto TRINIDAD J. AGUILAR and BONNIE J. AGUILAR, husband and wife, as
<br />joint tenants with rights of survivorship, ( "Assignees ") all of the Assignor's right, title and
<br />interest in and to that certain Deed of Trust dated July 1, 2004, from Edward A. Loeffler and
<br />Jane A. Loeffler, husband and wife, as Trustor, in favor of the Assignor, as Beneficiary, and
<br />which Deed of Trust is recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as
<br />Instrument No. 0200406565, and recorded against the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />The Westerly Twenty Seven and One Half Feet (W27.5') of Lot Six (6), Block
<br />Eleven (11) in Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
