<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust
<br />dated June 29, 2004, executed by REIS CONSTRUCTION, INC., as Trustor, in which THE
<br />MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which Deed was recorded on July 29, 2004, as Instrument No. 0200407478, in the Register
<br />of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., Beneficiary,
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />Lot Thirty (30), in Country Meadows Subdivision, First Addition, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust
<br />Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder,
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this day of April, 2005.
